The Global Women in Data Science (WiDS) Conference aims to inspire and educate data scientists worldwide, regardless of gender, and support women in the field. This one-day technical conference provides an opportunity to hear about the latest data science related research and applications in a broad set of domains. All genders are invited to participate in the conference, which features exclusively female speakers and mentors from industry and academia who are doing outstanding work in Data Science.

Registration, travel grants, and childcare


Registration is on a first-come first-served basis. Registration costs 100 DKK and includes lunch and coffee breaks.

WiDS Copenhagen will re-imburse the expenses of a number of lower-income participants, including students, to support their attendance (travel and hotel). Application deadline: (CLOSED) March 4, 2019 23:59 CPH local time

Note that you will have to register yourself even if you receive this travel grant.

Most attendees will have access to Danish-covered childcare on the day. If you need WiDS Copenhagen to support additional childcare services in order for you to attend the conference, please contact us.
